The Contact and Come visit us pages use the same Jotform form, intended for adults who wish to request information or arrange a visit to the school.

The form may request the first name and surname of the father, mother or legal guardian, their email address and telephone number, and the child’s date of birth. It also uses technical attribution parameters, such as UTM parameters, to identify the source of the enquiry.

The Holiday camp and Extracurricular Activities pages do not currently contain registration forms. When external forms are added for these activities, this policy will need to be updated if additional data is collected.

The data provided is used to handle requests for information, respond to enquiries and organise visits to the school. If an application or enrolment process is subsequently initiated, the data required for that process will be processed in accordance with the relevant pre-contractual or contractual relationship and applicable legal obligations.

The processing of enquiries submitted voluntarily through the form is based on the consent of the data subject and, where the enquiry is intended to establish a relationship with the school, on taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request.

We use Jotform to manage the form. Information submitted through the form may be processed and stored by this provider in accordance with the account settings and its terms of service. Technology providers required for the school’s hosting, maintenance and email services may also be involved, acting as data processors where applicable.

Data is not disclosed to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so or disclosure is necessary to provide a service requested by the data subject.

Data will be retained for as long as necessary to deal with the enquiry and, subsequently, for the periods required by applicable legislation or for as long as liabilities may arise from the relationship with the school.

The forms on this website are intended for adults. Data relating to children must be provided by their father, mother or legal guardian.

Pomme d'Api has a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted through the school office.

You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, or object to its processing and, where applicable, request data portability by writing to pommedapi@ecolepommedapi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
